The rough cartoon strip below, as you can see, is a scenario of a gathering of old friends in a coffee shop, along Emerald Avenue. The backdrop is an ordinary day  at Ortigas Center, coffeebreak time. I decided to portray the feel, rhythm and humor of  remembered conversations. Some Tagalog quips were translated in the closest  English equivalent, along with the typical tonal attack. Very light leisure reading for capturing wonderful vignettes of life's pleasures. Ngek.
